Job description :

To provide effective strategic support and efficient support to the Finance Director in all Grant funded projects and ensuring that all requirements of the Donors adhered to.

Good interpersonal skills, experience in the management of people, ability to manage and track a wide range of activities, ability to prioritise tasks, adaptability and flexibility.

Experience in administration and office management.
A thorough working knowledge of office systems, and a detailed knowledge of financial and accounting principles essential.

Computer aptitude and experience with word processing database management and spreadsheet software. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Cross-cultural sensitivity and some third world experience required fluency in English and another language preferred.

Professional accountancy qualification preferred e.g. Chartered Accountant or at minimum partly qualified.
