Le poste à pourvoir :
Financial Accountant
DRC Corporate Office, Lubumbashi

Reporting into DRC Corporate Office, Kinshasa, this role exists to ensure Financial Corporate Governance of the Minex Lubumbashi Office.

You will contribute to the financial positioning and standing of the company by providing financial analysis of month end, interim and year end processes and assist with compliance to financial standards and controls with DRC legislation and taxes.

You will also manage the payroll system and ensure compliance DRC legislation;
manage package and/or salary calculations and maintain employment contracts, as well as manage supplier contracts.

This will be based on the solid foundation of your Bachelors degree, in Accounting equivalent to a 3 year accounting degree qualification in South Africa and at least 5 years experience in a financial environment;

computer literacy and fluency in French and English languages is a
prerequisite.

You will have demonstrated strong accounting skills and sound financial understanding of large, complex operations and consolidations.

A post graduate qualification (or study towards) and articles at an International Auditing Firm will put you in a strong competitive position.
